USDOT reactivation
Reactivate your deactivated USDOT number
We review your FMCSA record, prepare the correct update and file it so you can get back to hauling.
How reactivation works
USDOT numbers are typically deactivated when a required update, such as the biennial MCS-150, is missed. In most cases the number can be reactivated with a complete and accurate update.
- Record review. We check the status and the reason shown on your FMCSA record.
- Update prepared. We assemble your company, fleet and mileage details.
- Filed with FMCSA. We submit and follow up until the status updates.
What you need
- Legal business name and USDOT number
- PIN or company-official details
- Operation type, power units, drivers and mileage
Please note: reactivation restores the number; it does not erase past inspections, crashes or violations, and FMCSA reviews carriers that re-register to avoid a poor record. We will always be upfront about this.
